Google is either you or your business’ best friend or worst enemy, depending on first impression search results.
In Google’s own words, they are “…the biggest kingmaker on this Earth”. This is probably an accurate description, conversely Google is also “the biggest BRAND-KILLER on this earth”. After all, the smallest and largest organizations stand or fall, depending on their Google search results.
The sad truth is, if you don’t take control of your Google search results, then a malicious competitor or unreasonable customer will do it for you, and that will almost always end badly.
