Everything possible must be done to avoid the grave mistake of sending more American troops to Afghanistan!

As a matter of fact, no invader has ever won in Afghanistan, from Alexander de Great of more than 2,000 years ago, to the British in the mid-1800s, and to the Soviets in the mid-1980s. America will prove to be no exception!
1. Donald Trump on Afghanistan in 2013
Below is what Donald Trump tweeted in 2013 (Donald Trump on Tweet: Let’s get out of Afghanistan).
He was pretty smart, huh?
2. Has Donald Trump become dumber four years later?
No, not really!
Apparently, as President, he has simply surrendered to the MIC (Military-Industrial Complex), which he vowed to challenge and change as a Presidential candidate (Fixing the Military-Industrial Complex!).
3. Why has Donald Trump changed for the worse on war?
It’s the political system, stupid! Specifically, two points:
- The MIC is too strong to resist!
- Getting re-elected ad nauseam!
Let me briefly elaborate on each …
3.1 The MIC is too strong to resist!
Below is President Eisenhower’s warning against the MIC.
Unfortunately for America, most Presidents since then have not only refused to heed the warning, but also strongly supported the MIC. For example, President Trump recently proposed to increase our already totally out-of-control military budget by yet another outrageous 10%, while cutting everything else.
Now, is our Presidents’ support of the military genuine and personal? No! The image below is worth more than 1,000 words.
3.2 Getting re-elected ad nauseam!
Most recent American Presidents have perpetuated more damage on America than all of America’s enemies have done, combined (Three Worst American Terrorists: JFK, GWB, and BHO!). Why is that? Thanks, chiefly, to a scheme called “getting re-elected ad nauseam“!

4. Discussion
Simply put, on foreign policy from the Mideast to Afghanistan, President Trump has, so far, proved to be no better than President Obama, a disaster. The image below highlights one aspect.
On Afghanistan, let’s make Donald Trump correct again by bringing back the Donald in 2013 (Donald Trump on Tweet: Let’s get out of Afghanistan)!
On foreign wars, let’s make Donald Trump correct again by bringing back Candidate Trump in 2016 (Fixing the Military-Industrial Complex!)!
On America, let’s truly make it great again by reforming our failing political system, as I have suggested (American Democracy)!
