Econintersect: Of the 32 major global indexces listed on Yahoo Finance (8 U.S. and 24 international), only four are positive at 2:00pm Thursday.The positive indexes are: Dow Jones Utility (+0.8%), Argentina (+0.5%), Mumbai (+0.4%) and Israel (+0.1%).
U.S. indexes have been recovering from morning lows and the Dow Jones Industrials have almost recovered to no change.
