Econintersect: European stock markets declined for the second day in a row on Thursday. After a lackluster several days, European stocks rallied on Tuesday. They have declined sharply since.All major markets closed with losses Thursday, led by Vienna (-2.^%), Oslo (-2.1%), London (-1.8%) and Stockholm (-1.6%).
The strongest markets were Paris (-0.3%) and Amsterdam (-0.5%).
Over the last two days, the three largest European bourses all have losses greater than 1%: London (-3.1%), Frankfurt (-1.7%) and Paris (-1.2%).
