Econintersect Weather and Climate Forecast Update

The latest reports indicate that warm water continues to be moving towards the coast of Ecuador, a condition that produces an El Nino pattern which should be intensifying in time for next winter.

There are also some changes in the short term forecast 6 - 14 days. For some reason winter refuses to go away. There are aspects of the NOAA forecast that continue to be puzzling.
