Econintersect Weather and Climate Forecast Update

The latest reports indicate that warm water continues to be moving towards the coast of Ecuador, a condition that produces an El Nino pattern which should be intensifying in time for next winter.
There are also some changes in the short term forecast 6 – 14 days. For some reason winter refuses to go away. There are aspects of the NOAA forecast that continue to be puzzling.
New this week, the IPCC has released it’s report on Climate Change Impacts, Adaptation and Vulnerability
