In this infographic, we look at the performance of thirteen “unicorn” initial public offerings (IPOs) as mentioned by a recent Business Insider article. Our viz starts with a $1,000 investment in each unicorn’s IPO. By comparing the opening IPO stock price with the price listed on Yahoo Finance as of June 25, 2019, we find what the $1,000 investment would be worth today.
