Is your office environment built on trust or do you tend to remain wary around your boss and colleagues?
A new report from EY shows that trust levels at work vary tremendously between countries. Japanese employees are some of the most distrustful with only 2 out of 10 having “a great deal of trust” in their employers, bosses and team/colleagues. The story in India could not be more different with employers, bosses and colleagues all enjoying high levels of trust.
This chart shows the percentage of full-time employees with a great deal of trust in employers, bosses & team/colleagues in 2016
