Public support for legalizing marijuana across the United States has reached a record high, according to a recently released Pew Research Center survey.

Some 57 percent of U.S. adults now think that pot should be legalized while 37 percent oppose legalization. Just a decade ago, things were very different with 60 percent opposing legalization.
