According to the 2016 Edenred-Ipsos Barometer, which measured the well-being of employees in 15 countries, India is top of the list when it comes to the feel-good factor at work.
“In our 2016 research, a little bit more 7 out of 10 employees overall are positive about their wellbeing at work,” the authors of the report sum up the result of the poll. The U.S. makes third place after Mexico.
The Germans actually feel the best at work of all Europeans. The UK comes in at 71 percent, right on the overall average. The Japanese feel least well at work.
More than 14,000 employees in 15 countries took part in the survey in January 2016.
