The survey at Doomstead Diner on the future of renewable energy ( and energy in general) will see its final day Friday 10 June.
Take the Renewable Energy Surve now!
The survey is an extension of one started by Ugo Bardi, Professor of Physical Chemistry at the University of Firenza in Italy and is soliciting inputs from Diner readers and other collaborating sites, including Global Economic Intersection. As of Sunday the Renewable Energy Survey had received over 240 responses. RE has extended the survey through Friday with the goal of reaching 500 replies.
We first posted an announcement for this survey here. We have also posted an article by Reverse Engineer about the survey: Is There Hope? Take The Renewable Energy Survey. RE included in that article a link to Prof. Bardi’s blog where the results were presented for his original survey of 70 energy “experts”. See A 100% renewable world is possible? A poll among experts.
We have taken part in the new poll at Doomstead Diner. The survey is straightforward and we found it quite thought provoking.
Econintersect strongly urges those who have not taken this survey to do so now. Just click Renewable Energy Survey. It only takes a very few minutes, including ‘contemplation’ time.
