30 years ago, young adults could dream of a bright future.
Many of them earned in excess of the average national wage in most developed countries, and were able to afford houses, cars and a family. These days, however, many factors have combined to place those dreams out of reach of most millennials. The extent of financial inequality for young people today was uncovered by a Guardian investigation and forms the basis of one of Statista’s recent infographic features on Forbes.
