George Osborne delivered his eighth Budget this week.
Britain’s chancellor made another £4 billion in spending cuts to try and cut the deficit by 2020. Since 2010, local governments have been forced to endure the bulk of Osborne’s cuts, while the departments for culture, business and the environment have also suffered considerable cuts.
