With Jeb Bush out, the GOP primary race is down to five candidates, which is still three too many! So the question is who should be in and who should be out?

The pundits are calling for a 3-man race (Krauthammer: Kasich and Carson Should Drop Out or Trump Wins Nomination) or even a 2-man race (Donald Trump vs. Marco Rubio?).
I agree! But here is the best 2-man race: Trump vs. Kasich. Two main reasons:
- Donald Trump has earned his spot!
- John Kasich is, overall, the best GOP candidate, who can not only win the general election, but can also actually lead and govern as the President. For more, read: The 2016 GOP Ticket: Kasich-Martinez!
Why am I against Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz? They are Obama II, first-term U.S. Senators without any accomplishments, but are trying to simply talk their way into the White House!

Fool American voters once (in 2008), shame on the candidate! Fool American voters twice (in 2016), shame on American voters!
If Governor Kasich fails to gain traction in the coming weeks, I will feel compelled to vote for Donald Trump! Why? Let’s call it “Don’t be a chump; Vote for Trump”, which is a no-brainer when compared with taking a chance with Rubio or Cruz in this primary!
Dr. Ben Carson has no business in this race anymore, although I like him personally and he is still adding value to the GOP (race), as shown by the video below.
I stand by my candidate John Kasich and my ticket: The 2016 GOP Ticket: Kasich-Martinez!
