Opening Market Commentary For 07-22-2013
Premarkets were up +0.15% for most of the morning, MCD missed its mark and was off 2% in early trading.
At 9:25 Comcast kicked us off the internet – I wonder if this is some sort of conspiratorial plot to punish Wall Street folks? Now at MCD for a cup and connection (10:45) and see first hand that the averages are in the green, but barely with surprisingly moderate volume.
The DOW at 11:00 is at 15548 up 5 or 0.11%.
The SP500 is at 1694 up 2 or 0.12%.
SPY is at 169.38 up 2 or 0.13%.
The $RUT is at 1052 up 1.51 or 0.14%.
NASDAQ is at 3595 up 7 or 0.23%.
NASDAQ 100 is at 3051 up 7 or 0.23%.

WTI oil is trading between 108.59 and 107.16 today. The session bias is bearish and is currently trading down at 107.32.

Gold rose from 1295.34 earlier to 1328.25 and is currently trading up at 1326.15.
