On March 21, I published An Open Letter to Senator Rand Paul, urging him to run for the President in 2016. On the same day, I emailed it to Senator Paul’s office.
Here is Senator Paul’s email reply:

Dear Mr. Li,
Thank you for taking the time to contact me and encouraging me to run for the office of the President of the United States of America. I am honored by your support and kind words.
As a United States Senator, I am focused on serving the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the Senate and balancing the federal budget. Rest assured that as long as I hold office, I will work to vigorously defend the proper role of the federal government, as outlined by the Constitution.
Sincerely,
Rand Paul, MD
United States Senator

Dear Senator Paul,
Thank you very much for your reply!
However, as compared with my letter, your reply is so average. As I said in “An Open Letter to Senator Rand Paul“, America is desperately in need of a great transformational leader, with concrete ideas and commitments, not someone who will just say “to vigorously defend the proper role of the federal government, as outlined by the Constitution.” On top of that, the Constitution is too old – It needs to be seriously amended as I suggested (Saving America, Chinese Style).
The sooner you are committed to my suggestions (yes, one term), the more likely you are to win in 2016. Or it will be President Hillary Clinton, guaranteed!
I thank you very much for your attention and look forward to your adopting my suggestions ASAP.
Best regards,
— Frank
