More than a year has passed since the highly anticipated release of Windows 8 and the performance of the newest version of the world’s leading operating system remains weak.
According to research firm Net Applications, Windows 8 was used by no more than 9.3 percent of global PC users in November. By the same time three years ago, Windows 7 adoption was already more than twice as high.
