Econintersect: Dr. Richard Horowitz has practiced medicine in Dutchess County New York for more than 20 years. - This editor lived in Dutchess County for most of 47 years, ws diagnosed with Lyme disease in 1989 and has been treated for Lyme disease symptoms several times (but never by Dr. Horowitz). I have had a client who was a patient of Dr. Horowitz and have heard accounts of his thorough care of Lyme disease from that individual.
