Sure companies have access to social media, direct mail, and TV opportunities for communicating their message, yet email marketing is still the quickest and most direct way to reach the customer.
So reports of emails death seem greatly exaggerated. In fact, email is actually the preferred method of communication.
Ninety four percent of Americans 12 years or older who are active online say they use email regularly. 58% of adults check email first thing in the am. And email has even been deemed the favorite mode of communication reported by millennials.
Clearly email isn’t dead. It’s evolving. And the strategies that marketers use are changing with it.
