Econintersect: A video from animal planet reminds us of the metaphor created by Matt Taibbi of Rolling Stone in a July 2009 feature article “The Great American Bubble Machine“. The metaphor referred to too big to fail (TBTF) Goldman Sachs:

Note: The squid in this video are Humboldt squid, the giant Architeuthidae squid are up to six times or more larger. Now that is a real banking tool.
