Econintersect: The current Blogger Sentiment Poll released by Ticker Sense shows the bears are returned, up almost 22 points from last week. Likely the media hype over the Fiscal Cliff (or too much holiday spirits) clouded the blogger’s minds.
This blogger poll is very noisy.
The Ticker Sense Blogger Sentiment Poll is a survey of the web’s most prominent investment bloggers, asking “What is your outlook on the S-P 500 for the next 30 days?”
The S&P Index has fallen 7.5 points over the last 30 days.
Econintersect has two participants in this poll: Publisher Steven Hansen voted “neutral” last week and Managing Editor John Lounsbury voted “bullish”. Steven does not see any reason to jump in the market if you are out, or jump out if your are in. John believes the market is undervalued as there was too much fiscal cliff selloff.
