Econintersect: Another day an another email received. Today the headline still refers to the Cerulean Discover® Credit Card but the picture of the card is different than the one shown from the Cerulean website in yesterday’s (18 December 2012) GEI News story and does not mention Discover.
If the recipient clicks through from the image above in the email the same card image that was displayed by GEI News yesterday is displayed.
Yesterday’s news story reviewed the analysis credit card expert Beverly Harzog and a hypothetical analysis showing how improper use of this credit card could led to major financial problems.

As explained yesterday, Discover (NYSE:DFS) has nothing to do with the issuance of this credit card or the servicing of the account. The transactions using the card are processed by the Discover merchant network and monies delivered to the Cerulean card servicer.
