Econintersect: Stock market returns varied around the globe last week. For the week ending April 8, 2011, far east markets did quite well, European markets had more modest results and the Americas’ had a relatively poor week. Ranked results for all thirty markets followed by GEI are shown in the first following table and year-to-date rankings are in the second table.
