Econintersect: European borses showed only small fractional changes Monday March 28, but seven of ten markest were up. The leaders were Stockholm and Madrid with advances of 0.4% each. Vienna, which has especially weak in recent weeks, closed with a gain of 0.3%.Four markets, London,Brussels, Paris and Geneva managed gains of only 0.1%. The losers were Amsterdam (almost unchanged), Frankfort (-0.1%) and Oslo (-0.3%).
