Econintersect: Vienna lost 1.5% Wednesday March 23. The other nine stock markets in Europe recorded fractional gains.The low countries were the strongest with Amsterdam (+0.9%) and Brussels (+0.8%) almost reaching the 1% mark for the day. Stockholm and London gained 0.6%, while and Madrid, Geveva and Paris were each up 0.5%. Frankfurt was up 0.4% and Oslo gained 0.3%.
