Econintersect: The week before last every one of the eleven major Far East stock markets followed by GEI was up for the week. Last week (ending March 11, 2011) the tables were turned: every market was down. One market, Jakarta, was so nearly unchanged for the week that it should be called flat. The two most damaged markets were Sydney, down 4.5%, and Tokyo, down 4.1%. All results:
