Econintersect: Stocks may have rallied in New York on Friday (March 11, 2011) but none of the ten major borses in Europe could mangae to make an advance. The largest declines were seen in Stockholm (-1.5%) and Frankfurt (-1.2%). The smallest loss was experienced by London at -0.3%.Besides the two leaders to the downside, significant declines occurred in Amsterdam and Paris, -0.9% each, Geneva (-0.8%) and Oslo (-0.7%). Madrid (-0.4%) and both Vienna and Brussels at -0.5% completed the ten borse parade in red.
