Econintersect: The year-to-date rankings of world stock indexes only saw minor changes in the week ending March 4, 2011. Madrid still tops the rankings, in spite of a loss for the week of 3.1%. Mumbai (Bombay) still is at the bottom, in spite of a gain for the week of 4.4%. One notable move was made by Canada, moving ahead of Paris and several U.S. indexes into second place for the year.
