Discrimination Against GOP Even Greater than Against the Poor;
Impeachment Discussed

Econintersect:   While more than one in three Americans (35%) say now is a good time to find a quality job, the percentage of Democrats who say it is a good time to find a job is a whopping 50% higher than for Republicans.  In what appears to be a blatant case of partisan favoritism even Independents are being shortchanged by the country’s employers in favor of Democrats.  The latest poll results from Gallup find that 43% of Democrats say now is a good time to find a job, while only 27% of Republicans so responded.  Independents fell in between with 34% responding positively.

The low positive response from Republicans was below those from low income respondents (38%) and lower middle class respondents (28%).  Only the upper middle class and the wealthy who responded (incomes $75,000 and higher) were being treated as well as the Democrats.  Polling results summary:

An anonymous source has informed Econintersect that a conversation was overheard from a meeting of suspected Republican operatives in an unnamed bar  in southeast DC where there was discussion of impeachment plans against President Obama for imposing a Chicago-style political spoils system on the economy of the entire country.  One of the attendees was heard to accuse the president of leading a Democratic party effort to buy votes from the Democratic base and to bolster fund raising efforts from wealthier Americans with cushy, high paying jobs.

Another meeting attendee reportedly said:

“We need an economy that gives everybody a chance.  It is a high crime or misdemeanor, perhaps even treason, to shut political opponents out of the job market.”

It was also pointed out by an attendee that the evidence was a “slam dunk” to prove a Democratic plot because the data showed dramatic improvement in positive responses from June to July for almost all categories except for Republicans. He specifically pointed out that 50% more responses from Independents said jobs were easier to get in July than in June, data that proved the Democrats were not only buying votes from their base but also from politically unaffiliated individuals.
