Movember is an annual month-long event that takes place in November, challenging men to grow moustaches to raise awareness of male health. Since the idea developed in Australia back in 2003, it has gained serious Mo-mentum.
In 2012, the Movember Foundation managed to raise an impressive 141 million Australian dollars, a considerable improvement on 2011 when 124 million was raised. The United Kingdom was the most “moustache mad” nation in 2012, raising 41.5 million Australian dollars, just ahead of Canada.
