Fed's Balance Sheet 10 December 2014 Grows Marginally

Total Fed Balance Sheet

Fed's Balance Sheet week ending balance sheet was $4.448 trillion - declining from the record $4.452 trillion for week ending 19 November 2014 but up from the $4.446 trillion for week ending 03 December.  The balance sheet has insignificantly declined from its peak. Note that on the 29 October 2014, the Federal Reserves governing board (FOMC) stated that .....

Follow up:

..."the Committee decided to conclude its asset purchase program this month [October 2014]". Therefore October 2014 should be the high water mark for the Federal Reserves' balance sheet.
