Keith Jurow Gives Housing Market Warning on WSJ Radio

Econintersect:  Housing market expert and Global Economic Intersection contributor Keith Jurow appeared on The Daily Wrap with Michael Castner on Wall Street Journal Radio this week and reviewed why the recent housing market numbers are incorrectly interpreted as defining a bottom for the U.S. housing market.  Jurow reviews data which he says documents manipulation of the housing market.

My message is not to believe what you read and hear about the housing market recovery.  It's utter nonsense.  That why the WSJ had me back for a second time.  Pay particular attention to what I say about the shocking mortgage delinquency situation in the NYC metro area.
