Econintersect: William K. Black has an interview on the Young Turks (Current TV) which is very critical of the nomination of Jack Lew to be the next Treasury Secretary. He criticizes Lew for being an architect of deregulation and an opportunistic tool of financial oligarchy.
Black was a former senior regulator during the Savings & Loan crisis more than 20 years ago and is now a professor of law and economics at the University of Missouri Kansas City. He is a frequent contributor at Global Economic Intersection.

UPDATE 2: (12 January 2013) We have added a second video that has both Bill Black and Matt Taibbi expressing very strong disapproval of the selection of Jack Lew and further accusations of intellectual dishonesty.
