Econintersect: The current Blogger Sentiment Poll released by Ticker Sense shows the bulls are returning, up 1.69% from last week. This rise in bullish sentiment took away from the bearish category. The neutral category experienced an even greater rise of 4.77%. The bearish category plummeted 6.46% from last week.
A continuing 3 month decline in retail sales through June was a troubling sign for the economy. Despite more negative economic news, the Ticker Sense poll could be indicating a future rise in optimism throughout the market. Since the beginning of June, the S&P has gone up around 7%.
