Far East Stocks more Positive on Tuesday - Europe Still Negative

Yahoo Finance:  Asia/Pacific markets are more positive Tuesday, with 8 up and 3 down.  Biggest movers: Taiwan +1% and then Hong Kong and Sydney +0.8% each.

Follow up:

European markets were more negative than positive, trading in a narrow range.  Six major markets were down and three up.  The only move larger that 0.3% either way was Oslo, -0.6%.
