The Big Picture:  A surprising number of personnel moves are taking place in the news business, enough to call it a revolution.

  Marion Maneker recounts the significant numbers leaving media elite The New York Times, The Washington Post and The New Republic and going to newcomers Huffington Post and The Daily Beast/Newsweek.  Some of the moves are to more established print and electronic media (Bloomberg, The New Yorker and Conde Nast) but the dramatic rise of the two newcomers is startling.
