4000 people where surveyed on why they uninstalled mobile apps.
Some of the key findings include:
- The average, overall app retention rate, is highest in the first month of installing an app at 36%. Only 1 in 10 people keep an app for 12 months.
- 50.6% of those surveyed said the primary reason they uninstall an app is because it took up too much storage
- 28.4% of those surveyed said the primary reason they uninstall a business app is because they have found one of better quality.
