This is my 4th book and the work of my life, for which I am deeply indebted to many.
First and foremost, I must thank Dr. Jeffrey Sachs, “a world-renowned economics professor, bestselling author, innovative educator, and global leader in sustainable development”, for writing such a thoughtful “blurb” that I was challenged to match it with a post-blurb at the end of the book. His weighed endorsement will certainly help spread my unique school of thought (Saving America, Chinese Style) more widely and rapidly.
I must thank both Dr. John Lounsbury, the Managing Editor at GEI (Global Economic Intersection), and Steve Hansen, the Publisher at GEI, for giving me a platform of publication in May 2011. Since then, I have published more than 630 articles, without missing a single week, yet, racking up more than two million page views to date!
Special thanks go to the following three individuals for providing book reviews prior to the publication:
- Dr. Jeffrey Sachs, Professor of Economics, Columbia University.
- Dr. Brad Lewis, Professor of Economics, Union College (Schenectady, NY).
- Dr. John Lounsbury, Managing Editor, Global Economic Intersection.
A big “thank you” to these friends for proof-reading parts of the book: Bryant Hankins, Derryl Hermanutz, Nichelle Kennedy, Mark Madia, and George Wolfson.
I would like to thank all the readers and fans of my writings over the years. Your interests and feedback have helped me become a much better and more popular writer.
As always, I must thank my late father Li Dexin (Chapter 153) for giving me the good genes and upbringing that define my interest in both politics and writing, despite my Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering.
Finally, I must thank America, my adopted country, for the opportunity of realizing my American Dream (Chapter 152), thus enabling me to additionally pursue a higher calling like political commentary.
