If you want to do business in Hong Kong, your company will have to pay a lot of money for an office there.
According to Knight Frank’s Skyscraper Index, Hong Kong is the most expensive city in the world for office space. The annual rent for a square foot of office space in one of the city’s high-rise buildings comes to $255.50. In New York, the cost would be over $100 less – at least $153.
