Econintersect: Prof. Emmanuel Saez of University of California, Berkely, is well known for his studies of income distribution presented a lecture at Stanford University Center for Ethics in Society 24 January 2013. On the other hand he shows that the top tax rate is inversely correlated to amount of income inequality.
