Today we have an abbreviated holiday reading list: A gallery of great astronomy photos and a two-part story about winter backpackinging in the Adirondack wilderness and a memorable Christmas turkey dinner with all the trimmings miles from the nearest road.
One final read is a discussion about how little was really resolved with the early hours Senate vote this morning which might end the tax debate portion of the fiscal cliff. Or, depending on the House action (or inaction) might not even end that.
