Econintersect: A member of the GEI staff has received another scam email from a “phisherman.” This time the masquerade was behind the mask of Wells Fargo (NYSE:WFC). The email requested that a link provided be followed “so we can complete the verification of your Wells Fargo information details.” A customer number was provided, but the recipient of the e-mail is not nor ever has been a Wells Fargo customer.
