I'm not sure a &quot;crazy&quot; North Korea is not beneficial to China, like an unpredictable mean dog barking and straining at its leash to warn away interlopers and intruders.  China clearly possesses the authority and power to make N Korea &quot;shut up&quot;, if China wants to.  That China hasn't restrained its mad dog suggests they see some benefit there.</description>
