According to the World Economic Forum and International Labour Organization statistics, Luxembourg has the world's highest share of people in high-skilled employment.

Follow up:

An impressive 59.5% of the small country's workforce is employed in occupations requiring tertiary education skills. This is primarily thanks to Luxembourg's small and open economy, which has a prominent financial sector, dependent on a high skillset.
