Surprisingly, the UK's most traffic-choked city isn't London.

Follow up:

When it comes to annual hourly delays for drivers faced with a 30 minute commute, Belfast actually comes first with 104 hours. Manchester and Edinburgh come second and third with 94 and 93 hours respectively while London comes fourth with 92 hours.

This chart shows annual hourly delays per commuter in the UK's most congested cities.
