'Citizen Four' Hit with Lawsuit

Econintersect:  The Oscar winning feature length documentary about the revelations of Edward Snowden regarding NSA (National Security Agency) activities has been sued by a former government employee.  The suit has been brought by Horace B. Edwards against Snowden, the filmmakers and distributors.  It asks for the establishment of a "constructive trust" over the film's revenue "on behalf of the American public".


Follow up:

The declaration of the suit contains the following statement:

"... this lawsuit seeks relief against those who profiteer by pretending to be journalists and whistleblowers but in effect are evading the law and betraying their country."
