According to a report from the International Labor Organization (ILO), you’re most likely to have a female boss if you’re working in Jamaica.
The Caribbean island nation has the world’s highest percentage of female managers – just under 60 percent. In Colombia, 53 percent of all managers are female, placing it second worldwide. Saint Lucia, another island nation, rounds off the top three with 52.3 percent.
The United States comes in 15th overall with females making up just under 43 percent of management while Pakistan and Yemen are at the very opposite end of the scale. 3 percent of females in Pakistan are in management positions while in Yemen, the rate is just 2.1 percent.
