Shocker!!!!! Supreme Court Disqualifies Millions of Votes

Econintersect:  By a 5-4 vote the Supreme Court of the United States breaking-news-130px(SCOTUS) has ruled that millions of votes cast must be eliminated from election results.  The short majority opinion is presented below (after Read More).

The basis of the unprecedented and astounding order was that as many as 50 million or more votes are unconstitutional because only votes for Republicans are qualified under Article IV Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution.

Follow up:

The five vote majority for the order saw Chief Justice Roberts again join his new majority coalition with Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, Stephen Breyer and Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

All votes cast for national offices, including those for president, that designate any party other than Republican are hereby declared to be unconstitutional and void under the provisions of Article IV Section 4.  That provision of the Constitution is very clear, and we quote:

The United States shall guarantee to every state in this Union a Republican Form of Government . . .
