Info Graphic on Tipping

Econintersect:  Are you confused about when to tip?  About how much to tip?  waiterSMALLHospitality Management Schools.org has developed an info graphic that takes you through the ins and outs of tipping.  Included in the graphic is something you may not have known:  There is a federal minimum wage for those who work in jobs that can receive tips - and it is a lot less than the widely recognized $7.25 for covered nonexempt employees.  Think low-paid Chinese factory worker wages and you get the idea.
