Econintersect:  Unemployment in the 20-24 year old age group has been over 13% for the first four months of 2012 and just came down to 12.9% (seasonally job-outlook-new-gradsSMALLadjusted) in May.  This is the environment that college graduates faced as they collected their sheepskins.  While employers are more optimistic about the job market and there are more than 9% more new graduate hirings planned for this year compared to last, many college graduates will still not find a job.  The Huffington Post has estimated that about 50% of graduates will be unemployed or underemployed this year.  Read more for the info graphic.
